You can either measure each individual nail with a tape measure and get the closest size, or for £4.99 you can be sent a sizing kit of clear numbered nails and you can let me know which ones fit!

It depends on the design of the nail itself and the volume of work currently at hand. Currently orders will be made and shipped 3-10 working days after consultation but can take longer!

After your order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number and you will be able to contact the courier to provide you with your orders whereabouts!

Refunds are generally not available. I am a team of one so it takes a lot of time to handmake all these items so once they leave my care it is up to the courier and yourself to take care of the item. If your item has arrived damaged due to postage please take pictures and contact the courier as soon as you recieve and open the package, if they cannot help you then please contact me and I will try and see what I can do depending on the situation but please be aware a refund is not guaranteed especially if it has been over 24 hours of you recieving the package! 🙏🩷

Most nails are made to order so please allow 3-10 working days for your nails to made and dispatched. Please be aware that waiting times can increase up to 20 working days to dispatch during busy periods! 

For custom sized nails please make sure to take very accurate measurements as refunds will not be available and I am not liable for an incorrect measurement. Please leave your nail sizes in the comment box upon ordering or in the email sent to you after purchase. Please label the measurements: Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring and Pinky. When ordering custom nails you must reply to your email within three working days for consultation or your order may be cancelled. Deposit will be kept. Please do not waste both of our time! 🙏

For pre made nails please refer to my sizing guide to make sure that the set you have chosen will fit you. As stated in the sizing guide, different nail shapes and different brands of nails will vary slightly in size. If you are unsure if a specific set would fit you please message me and I will inform you of the exact measurement of that set.

Postage price will determine on your location, the size of package and the weight of the package. Shipping outside the UK may take much longer.

I am not responsible for allergic reactions to nail glue, adhesive tabs, nail polishes, gel polishes, jewellery, charms, or acrylics, nor for improper application or removal damage to natural nails.

I reserve the rights to photos of custom sets I created for marketing or social media use, unless you, the customer, explicitly opts out.

Due to hygiene reasons, press on nail packages that have been opened are not suitable for return if unsealed after delivery. If your package has not been opened you may be eligible for a return with either a refund or exchange. 

For other items with no hygiene worry, there is a 14 day window for returns from date of delivery. Item/s have to be returned in original state, undamaged or refund/exachange may be rejected.
